Sam Waterfall to Judge Bridge2Food Protein Awards 2017

Sam Waterfall, Founder of Obvious Marketing, has been confirmed as a member of the judging panel for the Bridge2Food Protein Awards 2017.

The Protein Awards categories for 2017 are:

  • Best Plant-Based Food
  • Best High Protein Food & Beverage
  • Most Novel Protein Ingredient
  • Most Novel Protein Process Technology

The closing date for nominations for this year’s awards is 30 August 2017.

Commenting on being invited to return as a Protein Awards Judge for a second year, Sam Waterfall said, “I’m delighted to be a judge again in @Bridge2Food Protein Awards.
